Our culture

18 Week Support is a supportive and dedicated healthcare provider with a service that evolves around our clinicians and patients. Our ethos is to be hardworking, communicative and always ready and willing to help when required.

My story
"Having worked in the NHS throughout my nursing career, I took early retirement from my Nurse specialist/Matron role but before long realised that I really missed clinical contact with patients and soon started looking for part time clinical work again. I was really sceptical about working for a private insourcing company at first, having not always had the best experiences with AQP’s previously, but 18 Week Support was different. They support the NHS teams to provide a better service and keep the patient at the heart of everything they do. I have been lead nurse for my specialty for 3 years now and in that time have seen the company continually develop and build on it’s strengths. I am very excited to be working with them as they grow and adapt to new ways of service delivery."
