Lisa assists in the recruitment and training of other senior nurse coordinators, as well as the management of 18 Week Support’s high volume endoscopy contracts.
She is a senior sister at Salisbury District Hospital where she manages the Endoscopy Unit and the Radiology Interventional Service and has been instrumental in setting up several specialist services within her unit, namely the bowel scope and BCSP services, she has over eight years’ experience with GRS submissions.
Lisa is a graduate of the NHS Leadership Academy’s Mary Seacole Leadership programme and has specialist training in GI Nursing as well as advanced endoscopy nurse training.
