Martin works on both strategic and tactical projects, aiming to increase growth and improve efficiency.
Martin first worked in management consulting, advising banks and other financial entities on strategy and operations. He then moved to a fintech SME lender in London, iwoca, which provided business loans to small businesses. At iwoca, Martin saw the business grow from a start of 50, to a company of 350, and worked mainly on operations, marketing & sales strategy.
