Niara is responsible for increasing engagement and building a bridge between Head Office and our Clinical workforce as well as leading on the Team18 app.
Niara has 9 years of healthcare experience having worked in primary care and community clinics before coming to 18 Week Support In 2018. Prior to moving to the UK, Niara lived in 6 countries where she has experience working in a range of specialties, from mobile phone software testing in Amsterdam for the leading Japanese telecom company to the automotive industry in Australia.
Niara has spent the last 3 years working in the Operations team at 18 Week Support and will now be using her knowledge of our clinical workforce and the company to strengthen the People Ops team in this new role.
