Stephen joined 18 Week Support to lead the Service Development and Partnerships Team with the objective of formulating the business development strategy and driving revenue growth throughout the business.

Previously Stephen undertook a career in commercial real estate as a Chartered Surveyor undertaking Transaction Management at Cushman & Wakefield, specialising in global brokerage for a variety of corporate clients in both the private and public sectors. Stephen specialised in negotiation of leasing, acquisition and disposition of properties toward the most favourable outcomes, aligned with his client’s long-term strategy and workplace goals.

His knowledge and skill set in adapting across competitive and changing markets to streamline processes and efficiencies ensure delivery of consistent results, lower cycle times and improved oversight and control.
